New Voices

Overview

Over the past 18 months I have been exploring light and sound as part of my New Voices project, an artist development programme from Sound and Music.

Through this project I developed an updated version of the Photon Smasher, and explored a variety of ways of using it, including: installation, field recording and performing. My project culminated with a performance at Colchester Arts Centre on 8th February 2020, where I was joined by drummer Ben Hunt and bassist Samuel Hollis.
